Effective August 29, 2026
Terms for a thoughtful working relationship.
These Terms of Service are an agreement with Carlo Orlando Leadership LLC and apply when an authorized customer accepts them or uses a paid Church Staff Meeting account.
1. Scope and authority
These terms govern use of Church Staff Meeting at churchstaffmeeting.com and the separate application at app.churchstaffmeeting.com. The person accepting them represents that they are authorized to act for the subscribing church or organization.
Carlo Orlando Leadership LLC is the service entity. Florida law governs these Terms, and disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Accounts and church workspaces
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in access, and use individual identities rather than shared credentials. Identity alone does not grant workspace access; membership and roles are separately authorized.
A workspace owner is responsible for inviting appropriate people, assigning roles, and managing access for that church workspace.
3. The service
Church Staff Meeting supports preparation, facilitated meeting work, individual opening and closing ratings, decisions, Meeting Notes, Action Steps, and follow-through. Only the average of individual closing ratings is the Meeting Score; opening ratings are not averaged.
4. Customer content and responsibilities
The subscribing organization remains responsible for the meeting information its authorized users enter and for having the authority and notices needed to use that information. Users must avoid unnecessary sensitive information and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
The customer retains ownership of its content and grants Carlo Orlando Leadership LLC the limited rights needed to host, secure, process, support, and improve the service. Export, deletion, retention, and post-termination handling follow the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
5. Integrations
Planning Center is designed as read-only and preview-only. Basecamp delivery requires a chosen destination and human approval before sending Meeting Notes or Action Steps. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
No integration is promised to be continuously available, and no external write may bypass its product approval gate.
6. Fees, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
The offer is $79/month with a 14-day trial through Stripe. A payment card is required, no charge is made before the trial ends, and canceling during the trial prevents the first monthly charge. If not canceled, the subscription continues monthly after the trial.
After a paid period begins, cancellation is scheduled for the end of that paid period with no partial-month proration. Refund requests receive manual review and are not guaranteed. Applicable tax is calculated separately and added at checkout when required.
7. Suspension and termination
Carlo Orlando Leadership LLC may investigate violations and take proportionate action to protect users, church workspaces, the service, or the law. Notice and a reasonable cure opportunity are provided when practicable; immediate restriction or suspension may occur for security threats, illegal use, or material harm. Customers may request human review through the support address.
8. Warranties, liability, disputes, and governing law
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Florida law governs and Orange County, Florida is the agreed venue, subject to mandatory law.
