Effective August 29, 2026
A standard for healthy, authorized shared work.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every Church Staff Meeting account and authorized user.
2. No unauthorized access or interference
Users must not attempt to enter another church workspace, bypass membership or role checks, share credentials, probe protected systems without permission, disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, or evade rate, security, or integration controls.
3. Responsible content
Users must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content or activity. Users should not place passwords, secret tokens, payment credentials, or unnecessary highly sensitive information in meeting records or support requests.
4. Responsible integrations
Users must not misuse Planning Center previews, select a Basecamp destination they are not authorized to use, send Meeting Notes or Action Steps without the required review, or automate an external write around the product’s human-approval gates.
5. Respect for people and church information
Users should give required notices, limit access to appropriate participants, and use individual ratings and meeting records for legitimate team purposes rather than public exposure, surveillance, harassment, or unrelated profiling.
6. Review and enforcement
Potential violations may require investigation and proportionate safeguards for users, workspaces, and the service. Notice and a reasonable cure opportunity are provided when practicable; immediate suspension may occur for security threats or illegal use. A human email appeal or review path is available through Carlo@carloorlando.com.
7. Reporting concerns
Report suspected misuse to Carlo@carloorlando.com with the minimum information needed to identify the issue. Do not send passwords, tokens, or an unnecessary raw church-data export. The published support operating targets apply; no SLA or legal-response deadline is promised beyond applicable law.
